got ink?

submission guidelines for IAMmodified gallery and faves

Newest Members

i listed a few on ebay and sold one. but i have the entire last year of skin&ink, sealed in plastic and unopened. obviously i never got around to reading so i'm looking to sell them and charging 2-2.50USD each for regular issues. i have issues from 2009 as well that are mint but not in plastic.

if anyone is interested in a particular issue, browse around their site and see if theres some article you may have missed that you want to hold in your hands and read...and let me know :) $1.95 shipping, payment by paypal.

i should be listing the other issues soon but before paying more ebay fees to do that i wanted to ask my fine modified friends here on dA if they want dibs :)

Buy your self some books and a cheapo tattoo machine. Start practicing on grapefruits and when you feel you've got it down ask around if anyone would let you practice on 'em. Be super cautious about this though. You should definatly go for an apprentice ship, but I did my first tattoo on some one when I was 13, and have only gotten better, and I never got an apprenticeship. <3 good luck!

Nope, no college credits. Though I'm sure going to an art school would improve your skills :) Make a portfolio with your artwork, yanno, like tattoo type stuff, and even some of your fav personal work, and tote it around from shop to shop seeing if they are taking apprentices. It's kinda hard to get into, so be patient and persistent. But it's the BEST way to learn the ropes the RIGHT way. You will only benefit from learning from a pro - and not just scaring friends forever! If you have any questions feel free to note me :D
